Responsibilities 




  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

  • Guide potential customers in selecting products that meet their needs.

  • Help customers place orders and understand payment options.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction, and resolve concerns.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions in the CRM for reference and analysis.

  • Work closely with support teams to stay updated on new product offerings.

  • Receive calls and manage call center correspondence.

  • Responds to clients within approved timelines.

  • Improve turn-around time for orders and deliveries.

  • Any other task as assigned by HOD



Qualifications




  • First Degree in Communication, Arts or a relevant field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
