Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking


• Learn and master new recipes and techniques


• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment


• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes to high standards


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.


• Develop knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu knowledge

Requirements

Qualification:

• NCE / OND qualification


• Experience: 2 - 3years


• 2+years of kitchen experience


• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen procedures


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and quality control


• Good communication and teamwork skills.
