Description

We are currently seeking to employ a recovery teamlead to coordinate activities of staff members to ensure smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that are overlooked.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control collection on all NPL and written-off accounts monthly to ensure 100% achievement of the agreed Recovery benchmark.


• Run reports and analyze data about the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.


• Create and implement strategies to increase and sustain the M-O-M performance of the Recovery team


• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff members within the Recovery department to ensure enough staff members are available to handle the workload.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any relevant field


• 2 years and above experience working in Recoveries function; credit risk function experience would be advantageous

Preferred:

• Understanding/working knowledge of a collections/recovery system


• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
