Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.

  • Organize and manage filing systems for easy document retrieval.



Communication and Coordination:




  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.



Record Keeping:




  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and other administrative transactions.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.



Policy Implementation:




  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support the enforcement of workplace rules and regulations.



Support Services:




  • Provide administrative assistance to department heads and teams.

  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.



IT and Equipment Management:




  • Coordinate with IT support for system maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of office equipment (printers, computers, etc.).



Team Support and Collaboration:




  • Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.



Requirement




  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
