Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Organize and manage filing systems for easy document retrieval.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and other administrative transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the enforcement of workplace rules and regulations.
Support Services:
- Provide administrative assistance to department heads and teams.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
IT and Equipment Management:
- Coordinate with IT support for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of office equipment (printers, computers, etc.).
Team Support and Collaboration:
- Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
