Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business/Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Growth Strategist at Wildfire Business Solution LTD, you’ll identify, plan, and execute strategies to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to uncover insights, develop data-driven strategies, and deploy creative campaigns to optimize our reach and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company’s goals and mission.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and consumer needs.
- Analyze current business performance and market conditions to forecast growth potential and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to drive cohesive strategic initiatives.
Growth Optimization
- Identify and prioritize growth levers to accelerate revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and market share.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and track the success of growth initiatives.
- Test, measure, and optimize various growth channels (digital, partnerships, product development) to achieve short- and long-term growth targets.
- Conduct competitive analysis to determine market positioning, opportunities for differentiation, and strategic advantage.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to gain insights into customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data analytics tools to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance results to executive leadership.
- Conduct financial modeling to predict business growth scenarios, assess ROI on initiatives, and determine budget allocation.
- Project Management and Collaboration
- Oversee and manage the execution of growth projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to identify potential improvements or innovations in the product/service line.
- Lead cross-departmental teams in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships that align with the company’s vision and offer mutual growth potential.
Brand and Customer Development
- Enhance brand positioning and reputation by defining target audiences and creating strategies that resonate with customer needs.
- Develop initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty to maximize lifetime value.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate and evolve strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar growth strategy role, ideally in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales funnels, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Looker, Tableau).
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and experimentation techniques.
- Ability to develop creative and strategic solutions to complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
