Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager & Business Development Associate. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' projects, from initial concept to final implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, business development strategies, and financial analysis techniques.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and Gantt charts.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates and final deliverables.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue potential clients and partners.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Design Thinking:
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and sessions.
- Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions.
- Encourage creativity and collaboration within project teams.
Grant Writing:
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities.
- Develop compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and evaluation plans.
- Write clear and concise grant applications that meet specific funding requirements.
- Submit grant proposals and follow up with funding agencies.
- Financial Projections & Analysis:
- Develop detailed financial projections and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the feasibility and impact of projects.
- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Presentation & Document Development:
- Create high-quality presentations and reports.
- Develop clear and concise documents, including business plans, project proposals, and grant applications.
- Utilize strong writing and editing skills to produce professional-grade materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, business development, and grant writing.
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, financial analysis and budgeting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
