Job Description
Job Purpose
- A self-motivated professional Sales Director with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales is needed to sell & promote Elsewedy Electric Digital Solutions in Nigeria & Ghana.
- The duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition.
- Our Digital Solutions Portfolio includes: Systems Integration, Data Centers, Software Solutions, light current applications, industrial automation, etc.
Key Accountabilities
- Meets Digital Solutions Sales targets for the assigned market(s) through Elsewedy Electric front office and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
- Promotes and Sells Elsewedy Electric Digital Solutions products and services
- Builds and maintains relationships with the key vendors who are critical for the long-term success of the business.
- Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, sales presentations.
- Monitors pipeline activities and accounts’ opportunities & wins and losses to develop growth strategies and action plans.
- Manages partners’ relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Develops and implements sales and business development strategies for complex, solution-based sales.
- Works closely with the country manager to explore new business opportunities for the digital solutions segment within the customer base of the company.
- Creates a customer service culture, demonstrating excellent customer service, and proactively seeking opportunities to make a lasting relationship with customers.
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or in a relevant discipline, MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of solid experience in Sales or Business Development functions for a Digital Solution portfolio (Systems Integration, Data Centers, Software Solutions, light current applications, industrial automation, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of the local market.
- An Established network with the Key stakeholders (utilities consulting engineers, partners, contractors, end-users and developers).
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent listening and negotiating abilities combined with the aptitude to run high-value sales strategies.
- Excellent organizations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, ERP/CRM related tool
- Professional Working Proficiency in English
- Ability to execute business strategy and contribute to targeted sales, relationship management objectives and business returns
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
