Develop, coordinate and manage ATC projects, budgeting and scheduling, management of contractors, subcontractors; maintaining close contact with the various stakeholders and deliverables.
Supervise and review cost estimating; scheduling and quality control; risk management activities; and manage budgets, schedules, invoicing and other customer requirements.
Maintain relationship with ATC and other customers to achieve and increase project revenue and gross margins targets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of ATC projects.
Prepare costing, quotations and proposals in line with company procedures.
Responsible for subsequent follow up on any quote or proposal issued.
Select and coordinate sub-contractors handling projects for the department.

Ensure resource availability and allocation
Ensure projects follow ATC process and maintain accurate project data to monitor and track progress
Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed within the time frame that is allocated to them, and that they fall within the customer and company’s budget and timelines.
Ensure all invoice process documents (signed JCC, ATP, Office Track, AMF, SRN, confirmation email, Customer PO, JCC approval form) are received and submitted to ATC without delays.
Follow-up with ATC for documentation approvals
Update and maintain accurate project data in project software
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for Management
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND or M.Eng qualification with 5 - 8 years of work experience.
