Role and Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers to expand Koins MFBank's Personal Banking portfolio.
- Build relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell products/services via phone, email or chat
- Position the bank as the leading choice in the market by effectively communicating our value proposition
- Proactively identify the needs of potential and existing customers.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define the target audience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other factors affecting marketing strategies.
- Asset and Liability Management
- Create quality risk assets and meet defined targets in asset creation and liability generation.
- Deliver quality customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, including performance reviews.
- Analyze and report on personal banking activities to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Support the Team Lead, Business Manager, or Head of Personal Banking in executing business strategies and initiatives.
- Drive growth in Current Account Savings Account (CASA).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A minimum of a Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of Microfinance Principles is preferable
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations
- Knowledge of Compliance
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Stress Management/Knowledge of Health and Wellness
- Data entry and record-keeping skills
