  • We are looking for qualified & aspiring administrative personnel to join our team.



Responsibilities




  • Provide Support and coordination for programs and events.

  • Be the point of contact for the company and handle Secretariat duties like inventory, scheduling, and inquiries.

  • Develop and implement strategies to keep the community active on online Platforms.

  • Provide exceptional customer service onsite and online through feedback, resolution, and correspondence.

  • Collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed decisions and monitor progress.

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring compliance with values and policies.



Requirements




  • B.Sc/B.A/B.Ed. in any relevant field.

  • Candidate must have knowledge about Administrative Role

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Proximity to the location is an added advantage.



Work Mode




  • 70% Remote and 30% Onsite.
