Job Summary: 




  • The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy Development: 




  •  Create and execute comprehensive sales marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.



Team Leadership: 




  •  Lead and inspire the sales marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the team meets its goals and objectives.



Market Analysis: 




  •  Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, using insights to inform sales marketing strategies.



Campaign Management: 




  •  Oversee the design and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and supporting the sales team.



Collaboration with Sales: 




  •  Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, providing them with the necessary tools and resources.

  • Performance Tracking: 

  •  Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales marketing initiatives, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.



Budget Management: 




  •  Manage the sales marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.



Brand Promotion:

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales marketing or a related role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
