Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the sales marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the team meets its goals and objectives.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, using insights to inform sales marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the design and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and supporting the sales team.
Collaboration with Sales:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, providing them with the necessary tools and resources.
- Performance Tracking:
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales marketing initiatives, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Brand Promotion:
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years proven experience in sales marketing or a related role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
