Job Objective

• To aid the business operations framework and achievement of the corporate strategic goals of the company in a manner that is consistent with corporate values by ensuring proper inventory monitoring and control, confirming the accuracy of records of input and output of goods in the store and updating the records on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all items in the store are properly managed and accounted for, including issuance and receipts.


• Perform routine activities inline with the unit approved SOP’s and process flow charts


• Ensure all store items bin cards are up to date always.


• Ensure accurate records are kept for inventory control and assure proper stock levels.


• Preparation and Rendition of daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.


• Conduct monthly inventory stock taking exercise.


• And any other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the management towards the attainment of organizational goals.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements

Educational Qualifications / Experience:

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Business Administration from a reputable institution


• Minimum of 1 year cognate experience in FMCG


• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage

Functional Competencies / Requirements:

• Excellent record-keeping skills


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
