Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth. 


• Supervise and ensure the efficient use of material, machines and human resources.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to define goals and implement action plans.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and policies.


• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate business initiatives.


• Identify and explore new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.


• Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree 


• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, sales, or related roles.


• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving business growth.


• Good Leadership skills with experience in team management.
