Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatch Rider to join our team.


• The successful candidate will ensure the timely delivery of goods, packages, and documents to clients while maintaining the safety and condition of the items in transit. In addition to a competitive salary, the role offers weekly commissions on every product delivered, rewarding high performance and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Pick-Up:

• Ensure prompt delivery of goods, parcels, and documents to specified destinations.


• Pick up items from clients, vendors, or suppliers when required.

Route Planning:

• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays.


• Use GPS or maps to navigate unfamiliar areas.

Maintenance and Safety:

• Perform routine checks on the motorbike to ensure it is in good working condition.


• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure secure transit.

Customer Service:

• Communicate professionally with clients during pick-ups and deliveries.


• Handle customer inquiries politely and resolve minor issues related to deliveries.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, location, and recipient details.


• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery where applicable.

Care of Items:

• Ensure all packages are secure and in good condition during transit.

Performance Rewards:

• Earn weekly commissionsbased on the number of products successfully delivered within the week.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.


• Experience: 2 - 10 years of experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of road networks and routes in [specific location].


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Strong communication skills (verbal and basic written).


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Technical Knowledge:Basic knowledge of motorbike maintenance is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• A valid rider's permit / license.
