Job Objective:




  • To enhance profitability and drive revenue growth by leading the FTTH planning and design team in optimizing network designs, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring timely project delivery. This role will focus on leveraging innovative technologies, effective resource management, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality FTTH solutions that meet customer demands and align with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead the planning team to develop and deliver designs that meet technical specifications and business goals.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce CAPEX and OPEX by optimizing network designs and choosing cost-effective materials or routes.

  • Maintain close oversight of budgets, preventing cost overruns and ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables across departments.

  • Address and resolve any roadblocks or misalignments between departments to avoid project delays or inefficiencies.

  • Serve as a liaison to ensure all teams have the information and resources necessary to meet project objectives



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network planning and design, particularly in FTTH or fiber optic networks

  • Timeliness in delivering network design projects.

  • Accuracy and quality of network plans and documentation.

  • Efficiency in managing resources and staying within project budgets.

  • Team performance and development, as measured by meeting objectives and deadlines.
