Job Details

• Serve as the on-site representative for contract management and execution, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.


• Oversee daily operations and activities, including construction, commissioning, and maintenance work, in compliance with project timelines and specifications.


• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.


• Monitor and report on project progress, including preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports.


• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections and audits as required.


• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.


• Manage and mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.


• Facilitate site meetings and provide updates to project managers and senior leadership.


• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all site activities and project deliverables.


• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure smooth project execution.
