Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.


• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and HCAs


• Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.


• Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.


• Medical consultation


• Organize community outreach to increase foot traffic and a form of CSR


• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.


• Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), BSc in Pharmacy, or equivalent Degree.


• 2 - 3 years experience in a relevant position


• Leadership skills


• Attentive to details and highly organized.
