Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Trade Account Management: Develop and manage key on-trade accounts, including bars, lounges, restaurants, and exclusive clubs, to ensure strong partnerships and sales growth.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue and volume growth through strategic planning and effective sales execution in the on-trade channel.
- Brand Presence: Enhance product visibility and brand equity through impactful activations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor on-trade trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for market share expansion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and trade teams to execute innovative campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate sales performance, ensuring alignment with company targets and goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the wines and spirits industry, with a strong focus on on-trade sales.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Lagos and Southwest market dynamics and key on-trade channels.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
