Job Description

• Develop and implement the school's strategic plan.


• Oversee the daily operations of the school.


• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.


• Train and supervise staff.


• Develop and implement the curriculum.


• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.


• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the community.


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and students.


• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.


• Represent the school in the community.


• Implement policies and procedures to support the school's mission and goals.


• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.


• Ensure effective communication within the school and with external stakeholders.


• Promote professional development opportunities for staff.


• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of school facilities.


• Lead efforts to improve student outcomes.


• Ensure the school is prepared for inspections and audits.

Requirements:

• B. A / B.Sc. /B.Sc. Ed. / PGDE / Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.


• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in educational administration.


• Strong leadership and management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Deep understanding of educational best practices.


• Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders..


• Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
