Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.


• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.


• Install, configure, and update IT equipment and software.


• Ensure data security and backup protocols are followed.


• Monitor system performance and resolve potential issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in IT administration.


• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.


• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus.
