Job Summary

• We seek a seasoned business development professional with a proven track record in fund mobilization to lead our business development efforts.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth, mobilize funds, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and fund mobilization


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations


• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives


• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for business development


• Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred


• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, fund mobilization, or a related field


• Proven track record of success in driving growth, mobilizing funds, and expanding customer bases


• Strong knowledge of the [industry/sector] and current market trends
