Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and personable bartender to join our dynamic hotel team. The ideal candidate will craft exceptional beverages, provide top-notch guest service, and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and Serve Beverages:

• Mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and hotel standards.


• Create signature cocktails and recommend beverages to guests.

Customer Interaction:

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.


• Take and fulfill drink and light food orders promptly.

Bar Management:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.


• Monitor and manage inventory, restocking as needed.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.

Upselling and Promotions:

• Promote hotel specials, themed nights, and seasonal drink offerings.


• Suggest pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the bar team, waitstaff, and kitchen to ensure seamless service.


• Provide training and guidance to junior staff if required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale setting.


• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beer.


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RBS) is preferred.
