- The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the cleaning and facility management industry.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Promote all company services, including cleaning, fumigation, pest control, and supply of consumables.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop customized service packages based on client needs and industry trends.
Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative service solutions.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve objectives.
Sales and Acquiring New Customers:
- Generating and Conversion of leads - Create sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Building relationships - Foster relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and investors
- Negotiating agreements - Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients, partners, and investors
- Managing sales: Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
- Representing the company - Represent the company at networking events and conferences
- Planning marketing - Help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives
- Managing risks - Work with management to identify and manage company risks
- Staying updated: Stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
- OND/HND and Valid Driving License
- Minimum of 2 to 3years experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning/Pest Control Companies
Skills:
- Intermediate MS Excel user
- HSE knowledge
- Familiar with Pest Control and Cleaning Equipment
- Driving with valid license will be added advantage
