Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Lace Ventilator to join our team as a Contract Staff.


• As a ventilator, you will be responsible for making high quality HD lace closures, frontals and wigs ensuring they meet the company’s standards.


• Hand ventilate hair strands onto HD lace wig caps.


• Ensure quality and consistency in hair ventilation, following company standards.


• Select and blend hair strands to match specified colors and textures.


• Handle lace materials with care to prevent damage during ventilation.


• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 0 - 4 years work experience.


• Proven experience as a HD Lace Ventilator, with a strong portfolio of work


• Expertise in lace ventilation techniques and processes


• Ability to create customized lace products according to specifications.


• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in lace ventilation.


• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well in a team environment
