Job Overview

• We are seeking a detail oriented data/warehouse personto join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports and ensuring data accuracy managing the movement of goods inside and outside the warehouse.


• This role requires someone who is highly organized, sensitive to data nuances and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.


• Input, update and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.


• Monitor the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all items are properly documented.


• Record and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate data entry into the warehouse management system.


• Generate report and statistical summaries as required by the team and management.


• Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including microsoft Excel and other data management tools.


• Ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel, WPS and other data entry software.


• Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Preferred candidate should be within the age range of 18-30 years.


• should be available to work Monday to Saturday.
