Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the real estate market. 


• Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and economic factors to guide decision-making.


• Act as the key liaison between the company and external investors, ensuring that all stakeholders are updated on investment opportunities, performance, and strategy.


• Develop strategies to raise capital for acquisitions and investments.


• Lead negotiations on investment terms, acquisition prices, and financing arrangements. 


• Participate in developing the company’s long-term strategic plan by providing insights into investment opportunities, risk management strategies, and market forecasts.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate investment acquisition or finance.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other relevant software.


• Proven track record of successful acquisitions, investments, and deal closures in the real estate sector.


• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

Required Competencies

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis and risk assessment. 


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.


• High level of financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data.


• Collaborative team player with strong leadership skills.
