Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the real estate market.
- Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and economic factors to guide decision-making.
- Act as the key liaison between the company and external investors, ensuring that all stakeholders are updated on investment opportunities, performance, and strategy.
- Develop strategies to raise capital for acquisitions and investments.
- Lead negotiations on investment terms, acquisition prices, and financing arrangements.
- Participate in developing the company’s long-term strategic plan by providing insights into investment opportunities, risk management strategies, and market forecasts.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate investment acquisition or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other relevant software.
- Proven track record of successful acquisitions, investments, and deal closures in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.
