Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized records of all tax filings and ensure accurate documentation for VAT, LIRS, WHT, and other tax requirements.
- Assist the Taxation Manager in preparing and organizing documentation for audit reviews, ensuring timely responses to auditor requests.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities with a focus on tax-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with the internal finance team to clarify tax and compliance requirements and procedures.
- Conduct ERP reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial and tax records.
- Provide support for additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong knowledge of tax documentation and audit processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and reconciliation tasks
