We are seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our legal team as a Middle Manager. This role will provide legal guidance across various aspects of the business, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in the Technology, Real Estate and Manufacturing sector.


• Familiarity with international legal and regulatory frameworks.


• Proficiency in using legal research


• LLB in Law or equivalent


• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house counsel experience.


• Strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.


• Proven ability to manage multiple


• projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Experience managing and mentoring junior legal staff is preferred.
