JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Product Manager who will develop innovative and successful products that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development and management and a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and achieve business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outline a detailed consumer banking/payment/lending product strategy.
- Manage product road maps and releases.
- Understand product selling points.
- Identify and fill product gaps.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Work closely with engineering and other functional teams to deliver product objectives.
- Work with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.
- Act as a product evangelist and represent the company at public events.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the market.
- Communicate product updates and strategy to key stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and customers.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Analyze product performance and provide recommendations for product improvements and future iterations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of business banking / payment product experience.
- Agile project delivery knowledge and experience.
- Proven track record of successful product launch and scaling.
- Passion for technology and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to collaborate and motivate others.
- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
- Good critical-thinking skills; ability to effectively gather data, analyze and make well informed decisions.
- Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job.
