  • Partner with the professional services team to profile and configure payment credentials for approved merchants, ensuring seamless activation.

Risk and Compliance Oversight:

  • Develop risk management strategies to ensure that all GEPP Services activities are compliant with local and international regulations.

  • Liaise with the seller risk team to mitigate potential risks associated with merchant partnerships and licensing activities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on the status and outcomes of Merchant of Record partnerships, regulatory license applications, and merchant onboarding processes. ○ Analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on MoR and regulatory licensing processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
