  • We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager with a focus on Payments (payment gateway and cross-border payments) to lead the development, optimization, and scaling of our payment solutions.

  • This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment experiences that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities




  • Drive product adoption by managing efforts from user sign-up to active usage, ensuring seamless experiences across all stages.

  • Lead the Product Team by overseeing deliverables, removing blockers, and providing guidance to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.

  • Review and approve resources developed by the Product team, including documentation, designs, articles, and tickets.

  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements for sophisticated or customized solutions.

  • Analyze product metrics to evaluate performance against targets, informing team decisions and strategic actions.

  • Update and maintain the product roadmap, reprioritizing initiatives based on resource availability and project dependencies.

  • Lead engagement drive initiatives based on product usage analysis to inform next month's positioning efforts.

  • Prepare detailed product requirement documents for complex payment product features or integrations.

  • Facilitate alignment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Engineering Leads, and operational teams (Legal, Compliance) as needed.

  • Coordinate project calls with internal and external development teams and third-party partners to track updates and resolve issues.

  • Organize monthly roadmap calls to discuss updates, progress, and new product development efforts with stakeholders.

  • Align priorities during project review sessions with Engineering leads to ensure resource and timeline feasibility.

  • Oversee SaaS billing processes monthly to ensure accurate revenue generation from customers.



Requirements




  • 6–10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and launching products in a B2B fintech environment.

  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and working closely with engineering teams.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align product strategies to business goals.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and act on user feedback to improve product offerings.

  • A passion for technology and customer-centric solutions.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder alignment and presentation.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges effectively.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners.
