Build relationships to grow international student enrollment
Manage student recruiter portfolios and process international admission applications, advise applicants of program options and admission requirements
Process student files as domiciled in his/her custody, conduct credential evaluation and GPA calculations.
Promptly and courteously, respond to phone calls, emails and other requests from team members and clients
Coordinate all meetings as requested/required for team building.
Collaborate with co-workers regarding new recruitment strategies, and make suggestions on new strategies to increase marketing opportunities for international recruitment thereby ensuring high team performances
Process immigration documents in compliance with Homeland Security Regulations
Stay up-to-date on government/legislative changes pertaining to international higher education
Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, personal contacts, international educational fairs, presentations, etc.
Submit the report of international student files processed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually.
Assist in the development and execution of the international recruitment plan and the international orientations
Collaborate with other departments to assist in recruitment and enrollment efforts
Work with Student recruiters and the management on collaborative projects
Attend to other duties as requested by the Director
Some weekend hours might be required during marketing and campaigns
This position might require travelling locally, regionally, nationally and overseas if needed.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 3- 5 years of work experience.
