Job Summary

• Are you an experienced Storekeeper looking for a challenging role in the real estate and property construction industry?


• DreamCity Group is currently seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team.


• As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our construction materials and supplies efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.


• Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for construction projects.


• Issue materials and supplies to construction teams as per project requirements.


• Keep accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels using inventory management software.


• Coordinate with QS, suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.


• Implement proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.


• Conduct regular stock audits/counts and report any discrepancies to the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper in the real estate or construction industry.


• Relevant educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.


• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
