Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing Services at Alliance Hospital Abuja.


• The Director of Nursing Services will oversee nursing management, infection control, medicine, nursing practices, and long-term care services at the hospital.


• Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, and optimizing patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant Master's Degree in Nursing or related field


• Active nursing license in Nigeria.


• Nursing Management and Nursing skills


• Must have Experience working in a private hospital setting


• Must not be less than 45years of age


• Infection Control expertise


• Experience in Medicine and Long-term Care


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams


• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
