Responsibilities

Technical Duties:
- Design Interpretation: Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys to gather data for project planning.
- Testing and Inspection: Oversee testing and inspection of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, developing and implementing solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Coordination and Communication:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage site teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors' work.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks:
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage site budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Site Administration: Manage site offices, facilities, and equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and licenses.
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities:
- Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure environmental regulations are adhered to.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Waste Management: Oversee waste management and disposal.
- Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices on site
