Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin/Accountant Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both administrative tasks and accounting functions to support our operations and maintain financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing.
- Prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Handle office administration, including scheduling and file management.
- Track client accounts, monitor job quotas, and support account executives with financial data.
- Liaise with clients on financial matters and prepare correspondence.
- Maintain accuracy in all financial transactions and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on client payment.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the team, fostering smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in the PR or marketing industry is a plus
