Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members


• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time


• Provide guidance and support to construction workers


• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations


• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders


• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction


• Ensure projects meet all building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 10-15 years experience.


• Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction


• Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management


• Excellent leadership and organizational skills


• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role


• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
