Job Description

• A Lash Technician specializes in the art of eyelash extensions, meticulously applying individual lashes to enhance natural beauty.

Responsibilities

• Performing eyelash extension services to clients.


• Consulting with clients to determine the type of lash extensions and styles that meet their needs.


• Ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained in accordance with industry standards.


• Providing aftercare instructions to clients to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions.


• Keeping up-to-date with new trends and techniques in lash extension services.


• Booking and managing client appointments.


• Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the salon or studio.


• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist.


• Previous experience as a lash technician preferred.


• Knowledge and understanding of different lash extension techniques.


• Attention to detail and ability to create customized lash designs for each client.


• Excellent communication skills to consult with clients and provide aftercare instructions.


• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete appointments.
