Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all f&b staff are performing their duties.


• Conduct briefings to communicate goals, menu updates, or promotions.


• Address customer feedback or complaints.


• Ensure high service standards across the board.


• Check stock levels for food, beverages, and equipment.


• Submit requisition forms 24hrs before next shift


• Monitor daily sales and control budgets.


• Ensure accurate billing and cash management.


• Ensure health, safety, and licensing requirements are met.


• Ensure strict adherence to certified work hours.


• Ensure the department is constantly clean.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree / OND / HND / NCE / SSCE / FLSC with 4 - 10 years experience.
