Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and memos.
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital records. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring equipment is functional, and managing inventory.
- Entering and updating data accurately in databases or systems
- Safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.
