Responsibilities




  • Check the menu and prep ingredients (chopping, marinating, etc.).

  • Ensure food storage areas are organized and at the correct temperature.

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the menu.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

  • Replenish pantry items and supplies in the kitchen.

  • Follow hygiene and food safety protocols.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages 24hrs before the next shift.

  • Minimize food waste through proper portioning and storage.

  • Work with kitchen assistants and and waitresses staff to ensure timely service.



Qualification




  • 4 - 10 years of experience.
