Responsibilities

Surveillance and Monitoring:

• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect unauthorized access, vandalism, or suspicious activity.


• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems.


• Keep a watchful eye on entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel have access

Incident Response:

• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, including emergencies such as fire, medical issues, or intrusions.


• Control and manage crowds during events or emergencies.


• Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, observations, and incidents.


• Prepare reports on security breaches, safety hazards, or other significant occurrences.

Conflict Resolution:

• Handle conflicts and de-escalate tense situations.
