Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all levels of positions.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical logistics roles.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
- Advise managers on performance issues and provide tools for effective feedback.
HR Administration and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
- Prepare reports and analytics for HR metrics, including turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop relevant programs.
- Organize and track participation in training sessions to ensure continuous professional growth.
Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives as needed.
