Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks etc


• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks


• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)


• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary


• Testing new technology

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field, preferred


• I T Certifications is an added advantage,


• 4 - 7 years of experience in a similar role


• Experience troubleshooting systems


• Skilled in database programming and software installation and Configurations


• Knowledge of range of software and hardware


• Excellent written and oral communication skills
