Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions for our real estate projects. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital campaigns with overall business goals while leveraging analytics to optimize performance.

Location: Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 Naira Net (Monthly)

Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, social media platforms).


• Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).


• Strong knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
