Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will develop, design, and distribute engaging content that highlights our property listings, market insights, and brand presence. This role requires someone passionate about storytelling, skilled in multimedia creation, and knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

Location: Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 Naira Net (Monthly)

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.


• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.


• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.


• Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and content management systems.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Creativity and storytelling.


• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).


• Photography and videography skills are a plus.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance metrics.


• Knowledge of real estate terminology and market dynamics is an advantage.
