Job Description

• Participate in procurement of goods and services in compliance with the Procurement policy.


• Participate in preparing the Comparative Bid Analysis for procurement and ensuring that the information on the bid analysis and accompanying documents are correct to ensure that all the procurement are done according to the policy.


• Following up with suppliers to get fiscal tax invoices


• Ensure that all procurement and logistics are in line with donor rules and regulations


• Facilitate the quality and quantity control of procured goods and services as per specifications and arrangements set out in the Requisitions, Purchase Orders or Consultancy Contracts


• Assist in preparing procurement packages for final payment


• Perform other related duties and activities as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification preferably in Finance or Accounting.


• 0 - 1 years work experience.

Salary

N30,00 monthly.
