Key Responsibilities




  • Generate leads and secure new accounts by identifying prospective clients in construction, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.

  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Armorsil products; provide expert guidance on product applications, benefits, and technical specifications.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent support.

  • Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.

  • Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and product training, to ensure clients maximize the value of our products.



Qualifications




  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) is required.

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, engineering products, or industrial materials.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and technical product applications.

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales and ability to meet sales targets; experience in building client relationships and consultative selling.
