About the Role:
- Are you a performance management virtuoso with a knack for turning numbers into success stories? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Performance Management Officer to lead the charge in preparing and monitoring the Bank’s budget.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the Bank’s budget by collaborating with all the Strategic Business Units (SBU) in the Bank.
- Participate in the presentation of the Bank’s budget to Management as well as the Board of Directors to obtain relevant approvals.
- Organize Monthly Performance Review (MPR) sessions across the Bank to evaluate and review budget implementation and performance.
- Periodically review the Bank’s performance management system to ensure best practices.
- Generate reports to monitor and review the Bank’s performance.
- Carry out an analysis of the Bank’s Customers through the Customer profitability report.
- Carry out the preparation and financial analysis of Account Officer Profitability reports (this will entail a review and analysis of each staff’s strengths and weakness and recommendations on areas of improvement to ensure overall profitability for the Bank.
Prepare Management Profitability Report.
- Prepare the Bank’s financial performance to ensure decision making and improvement of overall profitability.
- Design, develop and update a holistic measurement dashboard to track and measure service performance indicators.
- Stakeholder engagement with the Heads of the various SBUs, Branches and internal departments.

Experience and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or any related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is required, including at least 5 years in the banking sector and 4 years specifically in performance management.
- Knowledge of Financial management systems, accounting policies, and standards, tax management cost accounting, etc.
- Professional Certification is desirable i.e. ICAN, ACCA, etc.
