Job Summary

• We are looking for a seasoned educational leader with a strong Montessori education background to fill the Head of School position.


• The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage school operations, and ensure academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school


• Manage school operations, including staff, students, and resources


• Ensure academic excellence and high standards of teaching and learning


• Develop and implement school policies and procedures


• Build and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Ed Degrees


• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head of School or in a senior leadership role


• Proven knowledge of primary education


• Strong knowledge and understanding of Montessori education


• Proven track record of leadership and management experience


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills


• Ability to provide strategic leadership and direction.
